Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Supervisor to join our team at Burbank USD. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our campus, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of campus staff, including teachers, counselors, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement instructional programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Monitor and report on student behavior and attendance, and develop strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
- Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and staff as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
