Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist to join our USCIS department at The Matian Firm, APC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications to USCIS, including I-130, I-485, N-400, and other relevant forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, letters, and correspondence for attorney review.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to provide timely updates on case status and outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize case management systems, such as CLIO and Airtable, to track case progress and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Perform regular updates to case management systems, including client information, case tracking details, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Supervisor to ensure timely completion of assignments and effective case management.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative in managing case assignments and contributing to the team's success.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law.
  • Knowledge of USCIS filings, including I-130, I-485, VAWA, N-400, N-600, I-131, TPS Renewal, I-589, I-765, I-929, I-290B, and I-601.
  • Proficiency in Case Management Software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
