The role of a Skechers Product Specialist is to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Product Specialists are enthusiastic and welcoming, serving as Skechers product experts and committed to customer satisfaction.

Compensation Information

Starting Rate: $15.00

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, guiding customers to the right product selection.
  • Ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience for customers.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns, striving to maintain the customer relationship.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge and developments.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Loves being part of a team and treats every coworker with respect and positivity.
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be available to work according to the store's needs.
  • Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
