Job Overview
As a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care at Northern Light Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

About the Role
This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. You will assess patient needs, design and implement plans of care, and provide education to patients and families. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and adhere to hospital policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Providing safe, efficient, and effective patient care across the lifespan, with a focus on age-related cognitive, emotional, physical, and functional needs.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote shared decision-making and mutual understanding.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a registered nursing license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing. A strong ability to work collaboratively, think critically, and adapt to changing situations is also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric or primary care settings and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings options, and paid time off. We are also proud to offer a sign-on bonus eligible for this position.

Working Conditions
This role requires lifting, moving, and loading objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
