Restoration Specialist

G2 Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supporting the cleanup and restoration of water and mold damage in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Remove and dispose of water and mold-damaged building materials and contents.
- Set up and maintain drying chambers to facilitate efficient drying processes.
- Treat and remove water and mold damage from buildings and contents.
- Inventory and clean contents to ensure thorough restoration.
- Document moisture meter readings and update labor sheets as needed.
- Respond to emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and record scope of work to be completed.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Experience in the restoration industry, preferably with expertise in water mitigation, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
- Availability for on-call rotations, including weekends and late calls.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Competitive hourly rate ($16-$25 per hour, depending on experience and licenses).
