About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Carpet and Upholstery Restoration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform carpet cleaning using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
  • Restore upholstery, including sofas, chairs, and other furniture pieces, to their original condition.
  • Clean tile and grout surfaces using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.
  • Inspect surfaces for damages and recommend appropriate treatments or repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or tile & grout cleaning.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
