Job Summary

MaineHealth is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to oversee MA, RN, and PSR staff within our practice. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage MA, RN, and PSR staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
  • Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility for licensure
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2+ years of RN experience, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
