Job Description

George Sink Injury Lawyers is seeking an exceptional Pre-Litigation Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on business transactions, claim liability, and legal rights and obligations.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
  • Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
  • Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by interviewing clients and witnesses.
  • Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Requirements:

  • License to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Strong reporting and research skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
