Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement.
  • Manage multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property within the Financial Services practice, including improving methodologies, tools, techniques, and developing new ideas and approaches.
  • Engage with Financial Services macro industry trends, competitive dynamics, and disruptors (fintech, digital, AI, etc.) to generate thought leadership and innovative new ideas to respond to evolving industry challenges.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of Strategy Consulting experience supporting Asset and Wealth Management, Exchanges, Asset Servicing, FS Data Providers, Insurance, and Reinsurance with expertise in Growth Strategy and Business Model Transformation, Performance Improvement/Cost Re-engineering, Transaction support, Pricing and Revenue Optimization, Data, Platform, and Technology Modernization, Innovation, Data & Analytics, Digital, and AI.
  • Outstanding problem-solving acumen leveraging strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, proven ability to derive insights from large volumes of unstructured information to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Proven experience leading projects and/or teams, exceptional Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel skills, and a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Good leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA or another advanced degree.

Alvarez & Marsal offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $195,000 annually, dependent on several variables, including education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
