Job Title: Data Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead to join our Finance Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of reporting and analytics products across a focused area of the business value stream.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of reporting and analytics products to enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Translate complex business problem statements into analysis requirements and work with internal customers to define data product details.
  • Develop SQL queries to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Document business requirements, data architecture solutions, business processes, and training material for business and technical audiences.
  • Serve as a domain specialist on data and business processes within your area of focus and find solutions to operational or data issues in the data pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or demonstrated industry experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in omnichannel/digital commerce, reporting, and analytics, or supply chain.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including joining multiple data sets across different data grains, query optimization, and pivoting data.
  • Proficiency with cloud environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
  • Deep experience analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding techniques to make complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable to drive business decisions and outcomes.
  • Demonstrable ability to integrate with partners to form a deep understanding of their business needs and history of partnering multi-functionally to develop data and reporting solutions for broad use.
  • Experience with all steps of the analytic process from requirements capturing, solution design, QA, debugging, and documentation, as well as extensive experience in data profiling, data quality, and root cause analysis.
  • Clear capability in communicating analysis results and subsequent impact to technical and non-technical audiences in both verbal and written form.
