Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our properties, including public areas, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Trash and Debris Removal: Compact and remove trash and debris from designated areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Turnkey Work: Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents, performing necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure a high-quality living space.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid US driver's license.
  • Maintenance Skills: Ability to use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work at heights over 8 feet.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in maintenance or building trades, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, carpentry, sheetrock, tile, etc.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience and skills.
