Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated full-time Lead Installer with expertise in trim carpentry and cabinetry. This role is essential in a dynamic and rewarding environment where diligence is acknowledged. As a Lead Installer, your primary responsibilities will include the installation of organizational cabinetry for closets, garages, and offices, as well as garage floor preparation and epoxy coating.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute installations of closets, cabinetry, flooring, and various storage solutions in residential settings.
  • Accurately measure spaces and effectively communicate the installation process to clients, setting realistic expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all installation projects.
  • Provide clear and honest communication with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with and oversee team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Leadership experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience in finish carpentry or cabinet installation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • General knowledge of construction practices
  • Able to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds
