About Fausto: A charming neighborhood eatery and wine destination, Fausto is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and seasonal flavors. We are currently looking for a full-time Pasta Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.


Position Overview: As a Pasta Cook, your primary responsibilities will include preparing mise en place and cooking pasta at one of our two dedicated pasta stations. This role requires commitment to a full-time schedule, specifically Saturday through Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings for prep work.


Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a casual or fine dining environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute opening and closing duties according to established standards, including setting up and shutting down your station.
  • Prepare ingredients for daily service and adhere to the weekly prep schedule.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, exceeding 6 hours.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as directed by management.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards for all menu items.

Compensation: Hourly rate between $22 and $24.
