Role Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Solutions Architect will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with program developers across various teams to ensure alignment with mortgage and servicing software.
  • Researching current and future Salesforce products and services to accommodate business growth.

  • Aiming for a 90% user satisfaction rating for application software as measured by annual surveys.
  • Ensuring timely and error-free application software deployment.
  • Providing application and user support as needed.
  • Taking initiative to resolve issues encountered during system operations within the authority granted.
  • Maintaining the integrity of program logic and coding while adhering to Salesforce coding best practices.
  • Producing necessary procedural documentation.
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure exemplary service to customers.

Education and Experience:

  • Required knowledge and experience in Salesforce application programming.
  • Salesforce certification is preferred.
  • Experience integrating JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX functionalities in Visualforce components is required.
  • Familiarity with APEX, Data Loader, DB Amp, and Visualforce is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role is primarily sedentary.
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds may be required.
