About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SJE Inc. in Detroit Lakes, MN. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or email, answering their questions and resolving issues related to our electrical control panels.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, creating Bill of Materials and electrical schematics as needed.
  • Maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software and generate reports as requested.
  • Serve as a service contact for our standard products, providing expert technical support and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills and a technical mindset.
  • Knowledge of product offerings and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and utilize computers and software to perform job tasks.
  • Familiarity with AutoCad Electrical or building control panels is beneficial.
  • A high school diploma and familiarity with SJE products is required.
