The successful candidate will work on medium and complex business intelligence solutions, responsible for scoping, analysis, and creating visualizations and reports for supported teams. They will actively research current and future business problems and collaborate with internal staff to drive action based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead work stream planning processes for business intelligence solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Work closely with customers and IT staff to develop and analyze business intelligence needs, providing tailored support to teams in organizational quality and operational departments.
  • Interpret business requirements and perform analysis using quantitative methods, creating, modifying, and distributing reports displaying data using SQL.
  • Design enterprise-wide visualizations and custom reports for non-technical users, analyzing historical data to monitor patterns and operational performance.
  • Train users to transform data into actionable information, mentoring team members on SQL and other tools.
  • Research and recommend tools for data analytics, educating end-users to advance the use of data and business intelligence solutions.
  • Drive organizational change and quality improvements using Epic quality measures, providing expert insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in designing visualizations and custom reports, with a demonstrated history in SQL for manipulating large datasets.
  • Significant knowledge of healthcare operations, business intelligence development standards, and quality program requirements.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work demands and work independently.
  • Epic certification and experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
