Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Southern Seven Health Department. This is a full-time position based at our Administrative Office in Ullin, Illinois, and comes with a comprehensive benefit package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agency vehicles, buses, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of agency facilities, playgrounds, and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards and make recommendations for corrective action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in maintenance work preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
