Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency
- Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and features with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient stock management
- Suggest ways to improve sales, driving business growth and revenue
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Have at least a high school diploma or GED
- Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
