The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role will also supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct clinical care to patients, including administering medications and treatments
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
- CPR certification
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree)
