We are looking for a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Calypso Marketing, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development and will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective. You will also be responsible for maintaining professionalism with customers and store-front management, and offering relevant products and services based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Maintain professionalism with customers and store-front management
  • Offer relevant products and services based on customer needs
  • Practice transparent communication with the sales team to address customer's needs
  • Input confidential customer sales lead information accurately and promptly
Requirements:
  • Prior management, team lead, customer service, or retail industry experience preferred but not required
  • Must be driven and passionate
  • Able to maintain deadlines and adjust as needed based on client demand
  • Full-time hours with flexible times
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
