Job Summary:

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and related services to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines
• Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients
• Enhance clinical expertise, professional and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists and other professional staff, self-study, and other continuing education activities
• Maintain a valid state license and awareness of issues related to the profession of physical therapy and the health care environment

Requirements:

• A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills

FT Rate Range - $34/hr. to $38/hr.
PRN Rate Range - $35/hr. to $40/hr.
