">The Registered Professional Nurse, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Oregon State Board of Nurse Practice Act. This role requires accepting professional development as an integral part of nursing practice, coordinating patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship, and upholding the standards of confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality.

What You'll Gain
">We offer competitive pay, with a salary range of $37.48 - $59.32 per hour, along with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Necessary Qualifications
">To excel in this position, you'll need education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements. Upon hire, you must hold an Oregon Registered Nurse License. Within 30 days of hiring, you'll need National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Additionally, you should have one year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting, or two years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting, depending on the type of patients you'll be caring for.
