Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team, providing whole-person quality care to patients in their homes. As a Home Health Nurse, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • You will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population and exercise independence and flexibility in your career.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes:

  • A salary range of $105,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirement.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN.
  • 2 years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RN caring for pediatric patients.
