Kaleidoscope ABA has been a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for over 20 years. We have 35 locations across the country and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

We are seeking compassionate Autism Support Specialists, Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinician. The BT will work one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans, designed to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  - Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician
  - Work one-on-one with children to carry out their individualized treatment plans
  - Develop and implement strategies to improve behavior, social, and community skills

Requirements:
  - Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  - Minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities
  - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  - Six months of ABA experience preferred
