Job Title: Behavioral Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist Specialist to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will work one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans, addressing behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA clinician
  • Work one-on-one with children to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • 6 Months of ABA Experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
