Nurse Manager - Mother Baby Job Opportunity

Incredible Health is actively hiring a Nurse Manager to lead our Mother Baby unit in Waterbury, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care goals
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maternal health setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
