Pharmacy Director

• Lead and manage pharmacy teams to ensure excellent patient care and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and efficiency
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CVS Health policies

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization
• Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license
• Submission of required information to the state PMP administrator

• Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of pharmacy management experience
