We are a leading provider of locksmith and roadside assistance services, seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Roadside Technician.

About the Role:

  • As a Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for providing emergency locksmith services to customers in need, including car door unlocking, tire changes, jumpstarting, and fuel delivery.
  • You will be working independently, traveling to customers in a company-provided vehicle, and using your skills and knowledge to resolve their emergency situations.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency locksmith services to customers, including car door unlocking, tire changes, jumpstarting, and fuel delivery.
  • Work independently, traveling to customers in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Use company-provided tools and equipment to resolve customer emergency situations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with solid communication skills.
