Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
  • Erect and assemble pre-engineered metal buildings according to specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Install structural steel components, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements
  • Desire to learn about steel erection and/or pre-engineered metal buildings, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation, with ability to travel between project locations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.

Physical Requirements

  • A full range of physical motion is required in order to operate manual and electrically-powered tools, sprayers, and construction-related equipment.
Environment
  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors, occasionally in environments that are dusty, noisy, or which could have work hazards.
