RHP Properties is a dynamic and expanding privately-owned property management firm. With our headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI, we manage over 290 manufactured home communities across 28 states.

We are currently in search of a dedicated Cleaner for our Snow to Sun community in Weslaco, Texas. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of community common areas, including the office and model, while providing exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Thoroughly clean all doors, including the interiors and exteriors, along with the surrounding areas.
  2. Wash and maintain windows and their tracks.
  3. Dust, vacuum, and sanitize the community office, model, pool bathrooms, and porches on a weekly basis.
  4. Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs as necessary.
  5. Empty trash receptacles and ensure garbage cans are cleaned and deodorized.
  6. Maintain and restock laundry facilities.
  7. Report any maintenance concerns to the Community Manager.
  8. Distribute flyers and notices as directed by the Community Manager.
  9. Assist with grounds maintenance to keep common areas clear of debris and help with snow removal, including salting porches and sidewalks.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid operator's license is necessary.
  • Physical ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, and walk continuously.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products and other chemical substances.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to carry out job responsibilities independently and efficiently.
