About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cargo Sales Consultant to join our team at Air Charter Service. As a key member of our Cargo team, you will be responsible for promoting our charter services to potential clients and building long-lasting relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including our database, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press.
  • Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to convert them into ACS customers.
  • Build relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft for our customers.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process to provide bespoke quotes to customers.
  • Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion, including receiving inbound requests for urgent charters.
Requirements
  • Individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is enthusiastic about the role.
  • Individual who is patient and focused on building client relationships.
  • Individual who has strong interpersonal skills and is interested in sales and achieving sales targets.
