  • Product Knowledge Expertise: Leverage in-depth product knowledge to provide clear explanations of features and benefits. Demonstrate product functionality whenever applicable, solidifying customer confidence in their purchasing decisions.
  • Suggestive Selling: Develop a keen awareness of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and generate additional sales.
