Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with physicians and other healthcare team members as needed.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of RN inpatient experience preferred.
