Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Solutions Manager to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the solution advisor area managers to meet outlined team deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop team strategies and interact with other Solution Advisor managers, CSE leadership, and Sales leadership to direct Solution Advisor customer service activities for successful customer support.
  • Support area managers and team members in identifying collaboration with implementation, training, product best practices, NLU, and content in driving customer success as well as customer escalations.
  • Manage customer support teams and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of CDI (IP/OP) software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher AND eight (7) years of healthcare experience with a focus on successful implementation/utilization of CDI (IP/OP) software and management experience of customer support teams.
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of industry experience related to CDI, revenue cycle customer software, and service management support.
  • Additional qualifications include industry experience with Solventum CDI software and remote work experience.
