Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily functions of Rooms Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Supervise Front Desk and Housekeeping shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Review and analyze reports related to room operations to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure all departments are equipped with necessary supplies and uniforms.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding performance expectations and operational standards.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage employee schedules in accordance with business needs.

Financial Management

  • Monitor room revenue and occupancy rates to optimize financial performance.
  • Verify the accuracy of room rates and manage departmental expenses to meet budgetary goals.
  • Utilize operating statements and payroll reports to assist in financial oversight.

Guest Experience Enhancement

  • Investigate and address guest and employee incidents to ensure safety and satisfaction.
  • Implement a guest recognition program to acknowledge preferences and enhance repeat visits.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and address any service-related issues promptly.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $26.44 to $30.29. The Ritz-Carlton offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement plans, employee stock purchase options, and various wellness programs.
