Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize your product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell products, and maintain a thorough understanding of sales promotions and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards.
  • Support Visual Merchandising and Store Displays: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create engaging and effective store displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues: Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless communication, support, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to Multitask and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
