Job Summary

M K Smith Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Move customer vehicles to ensure a seamless traffic flow through the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organized service parking area, lot, and vehicle display
  • Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to a high standard
  • Clean interior and exterior windows to perfection
  • Vacuum and scrub the interior of vehicles
  • Apply dressing to tires and tire wells
  • Utilize specialized cleaners to maintain a lasting cleanliness of vehicles
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid

Requirements
  • Friendly and customer service-oriented
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods of time and work outside
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • Basic computer knowledge is required
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Professional appearance is necessary
  • Valid driver's license is required
