Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to join our Adult Outpatient Psychiatric Clinics team within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
The department provides a range of services, including Outpatient Adult Psychiatry, Inpatient Adult Psychiatry, Consultation Liaison Psychiatry, Interventional and Addiction Psychiatry, in an exciting and progressive academic setting.
The Interventional Psychiatry Service includes ECT, TMS, and a Ketamine Service, as part of the Psychiatric Treatment Resistant Disorder Program (PTRP), advancing excellence in clinical practices.
The department also supports a Department of Psychology with a fellowship in Clinical Psychology.
As a faculty member of the teaching staff, you will have teaching affiliations at OUHCOM and NEOMED, and will be responsible for precepting psychiatric residents in our newly founded Psychiatry Residency Program.
Responsibilities will include precepting residents and medical students, with ample multidisciplinary staff support.
Candidates may choose an appointment through the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute (NI) with an academic appointment through the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (CCLCM) or through Partners Physician Group (PPG) at Cleveland Clinic Akron General (CCAG).
