Compounding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compounding Specialist to join our team at OurPharma LLC. In this role, you will work collaboratively with pharmacists and sterile pharmacy technicians in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include participating in on-the-job training, performing tasks in a sterile environment, staging production materials, and adhering to cGMPs and SOPs to prevent contamination.

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to demonstrate understanding of all policies and procedures related to the role.
• Perform tasks in a sterile cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques.
• Contribute to maintaining a controlled cleanroom environment through daily, weekly, and monthly cleans.
• Stage and prepare production materials and assist with production batches.
• Ensure adherence to cGMPs and SOPs to prevent contamination during all processes associated with production of compounded sterile preparations.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $37,600 - $41,600, depending on relevant background and experience.
