Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IV Technician to join our team as a Sterile Compounding Specialist. This role will involve working collaboratively with our pharmacists and sterile pharmacy technicians to prepare compounded sterile preparations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive on-the-job training program to ensure understanding of policies and procedures related to this role.
  • Perform work in a sterile cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques.
  • Maintain a state of control in the cleanroom environment through daily, weekly, and monthly cleans.
  • Stage and prepare production materials and assist with production batches.
  • Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent contamination during all processes associated with production.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,600 - $52,000 per year, depending on relevant background and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
