About the Role

STV is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical position in our Project Controls department in Austin, TX.

This role requires over 5 years of experience in capital development or project management document controls functions. Proficiency with PMIS tools such as e-Builder and Kahua is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective document control processes and procedures for capital projects.
  • Manage the flow of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Utilize PMIS tools such as e-Builder and Kahua to manage document control workflows.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate document submission and retrieval.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on document control status and compliance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in document controls for capital development or project management functions.
  • Proficiency with PMIS tools such as e-Builder and Kahua.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in managing project records.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support diverse project teams and stakeholders.
Compensation Range:$79,899 - $106,533
