Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and reassess patients' conditions, developing individualized plans of care to meet their unique needs.
  • Administer medications, perform technical skills, and procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS and PALS certification within one year of employment.
  • CPI certification within six months of employment.
