Job Title: Critical Care ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Lead Health. As a Critical Care ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing timely and effective interventions to address critical issues
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other critical data to inform care decisions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
