Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our team at Springstone, Inc. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Work with patients to set and achieve treatment goals

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and relevant licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT)
  • State licensure per state requirements
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
  • Prior group therapy experience with dual diagnosis patients
