Dietary Assistant

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the dietitian, perform clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy and appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
• County Specific requirement.
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
