Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the dietitian, perform clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy and appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
Qualifications
- AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
- One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
- County Specific requirement.
- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
