Key Responsibilities:

This role entails maintaining the cleanliness of all accommodation units, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Responsibilities include performing various cleaning tasks such as check-out cleaning, maintenance cleaning, and tidying up during guest stays, all in accordance with the resort's established standards. Customer satisfaction and cleanliness are the primary focus of this position.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of units upon guest departure, which includes vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, bed-making, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Execute stay-over, midweek, trash, and tidy cleans, along with annual maintenance and cleaning of newly constructed or renovated units.
  • Document and report any lost items and service issues encountered in units.
  • Assist with special projects or additional tasks as required.
  • Support the training of new Housekeepers on the job.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines while performing assigned tasks.
  • Availability for morning shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, taking direction from various leaders with different communication styles.
