Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in leadership positions within retail and customer service industries.
  • Skills: Knowledge of basic optics, current store merchandise, and brand quality, fitting, and adjusting programs.
