ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Health Field. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one direct services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

• Provide ABA Direct Services: Implement individualized behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Data Collection and Recording: Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
• Assist in Behavioral Assessment: Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in conducting behavioral assessments and preparing client learning materials.
• Consultation and Support: Seek guidance from supervisors to ensure effective treatment implementation and address any challenges that may arise.

• Experience: At least 3 months of experience as an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Certification: Valid RBT Certification Number.
• Reliability: Willingness to commute to clients' locations and maintain a reliable transportation system.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Catalyst or other data collection tools is a plus. Proficiency in Spanish is also a plus.
