Teaching Opportunity: We invite experienced educators to join our team as a part-time instructor for the Summer 2025 course, PIA 2137 - Negotiation and Conflict Management (Online).
The successful candidate will develop and deliver engaging coursework, foster a collaborative learning environment, and assess student progress. A background in public administration or management, combined with prior experience in the public sector, is required.
This course aims to equip students with essential skills for navigating conflict in personal and professional settings. Participants will engage in discussions, case studies, and simulations to explore various conflict resolution methods and negotiation techniques.
