About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker MSW to serve as a Volunteer Coordinator. In this critical role, you will provide psychosocial support to patients and their families, while representing the volunteers and advocating for volunteer services.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, incorporating input from medical professionals, family members, and volunteers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support patients and families.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school.
- Licensure required by the state in which Gentiva Hospice operates.
